“Went into the CVS Pharmacy on Wolf Thursday afternoon to resolve a vaccine issue between the CVS and Aetna (my health insurance). My college aged child has been attempting to obtain a vaccine that Aetna has confirmed several times to be covered 100% but every time they approached a CVS they have told them different. I went in Thursday and spoke with Ruth. She not only offered to call my insurance but worked at this issue and resolved it successfully. Ruth was tenacious and professional. She verified the insurance and confirmed the vaccine was in fact covered. It has taken me four calls to Aetna and 3 visits and 2 calls to CVS. Ruth solved the issue when no one else would address it! Thank you to Ruth for her professionalism and tenacity!! Truly appreciate it.”

“I’m happy with all the girls who work at speedway besides jade she’s nice but she’s constantly on her phone making it seem like you’re bothering her. A lot of the girls deserve a raise as of for the new management or the owner I’m not too pleased with. Constantly out of stuff and doesn’t seem to know how to do management. Never seen the new manager or owner in. Constantly leaving one person to work for themselves and that isn’t fair when it’s the busiest gas station in town. Management/Owner needs to do better for their employees!!”
“It's a small location but convenient to the area. The service attendant was courteous and welcoming when I entered the service station. I always try to get my gas from a Mobile station due to the rewards program that is beneficial with points given each visit!!!!”

“I was extremely pleased with the Mokena, IL Walgreens at 200th and Wolf Road! I went to the photo counter to pick up my online order, and before I could even press the button to get help, I was immediately greeted by 2 very friendly young men who said “hello” to me and were so kind and willing to help! I wish I had noticed their names on their name tags, but one of the young men had a badge that said something like “shift lead” or “shift trainer”. This young man was very carefully observing everything that the other young man did, making sure that everything was rung up properly and correctly. It has been quite a while since I have seen such diligent work at a job! These 2 young men are to be commended for their great attitudes and the seriousness at which they were performing their job! Plus, they were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly! These 2 young men made it a pleasure to go into the store to pick up my order! I also purchased some candy at the front register, and the young man at that register was just as friendly and kind! Everyone i dealt with who was working at that Walgreens had WONDERFUL ATTITUDES AND SMILING FACES! Whoever trained these young men did a FANTASTIC JOB! I wish the workers in other stores I go into would have the GREAT ATTITUDES AND FRIENDLINESS that these 3 young men had! They should be CONGRATULATED FOR A JOB DONE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL! I rate them 5 stars! Please tell these 3 young men that they are doing an EXCELLENT JOB and that they are to be COMMENDED and ADMIRED for their EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC!”
