A young man took the watch to the jewelry to see if it might be the battery —he returned with a working watch and handed it to me. I happily got my card out to pay and he said that it was a gift to me —that it was a pleasure to see inside the vintage watch —and to please return again. While the staff is always well trained (and I get a discount at the airport cause I'm a flight attendant), I still prefer this Brighton.
