“My experience began with a misunderstanding that led me to post a nasty review. (Hence the 4 stars)but since my review the sales rep for Richards High School has gone out of her way to calm me and make sure my son was happy with his ring before the Holiday! His ring is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with the craftsmanship,quality, and assistance we have since received. He was also extremely pleased with the hoodie,bookbag, and school emblemed scarf! What had started out with a lot of emotions and negativity ended with a wonderful package and beautiful momentos that my son will always remember his High School years with!”

A young man took the watch to the jewelry to see if it might be the battery —he returned with a working watch and handed it to me. I happily got my card out to pay and he said that it was a gift to me —that it was a pleasure to see inside the vintage watch —and to please return again. I was so touched by his generosity, but also that the watch was working that I was a bit weepy driving home. Thank you for the lovely gesture and I will most definitely be back💜”
