“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”
“We set up an appointment to get a passport for our child. I filled out a portion wrong on the application prior to arriving but Tina was very helpful and helped me with correcting it. The clerks are wonderful at this location! Thank you!”

“I have an Etsy shop so all I have to do is hand the packages to the person. I make sure he/she scans the packages and I ask for a receipt. All my orders have made is safely to their destination. I haven’t had any problems.”
“My family and I had a passport appointment. However, when we arrived there were no passport forms available according to a USPS representative because they are waiting to receive updated passport forms. That created an inconvenience. We went to Office Depot to print the passport form. We were so glad that it was right down the street. When we returned to USPS post office there was a long line so we missed our appointment. However, a USPS representative assisted us and were were able to complete the passport process. We received good customer service despite the issue with the forms.”

“This post office is due for a good review after how awesome the staff was. My wife and I went in for a passport appointment on 4/20/24 for our two kids. I wish I remembered his name, but the person who helped us behind the desk could not have been nicer and friendlier. He was so helpful in getting all our paperwork together.”
“I purchased online and felt scammed since there was no clear email so I called the 127 Annex and Joe picked up.
Tone was calm, he was patient and polite.
I didn’t have a tracking number but he still checked my mails and upon returning I had the number.
Joe checked several times and found out the carrier has my package to be delivered.
