“NEVER had a problem with the 127th annex, period! Every time I've called for an inquiry to pick something up, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond even calling another branch and calling me back withing 10mins.I mail packages overseas constantly and EVERYTHING has always arrived intact and is scanned and shipped by days end of having dropped it off.I mean, it's a Post Office, so normally I wouldn't even leave a review, but in seeing all the negatives, I felt I should post about my positive experiences, (which are over 100) in the last year.I can't help but wonder how many of the negative reviews were left my "Karen's?"Keep up the good work all!”

“I want to thank a Tinley Park post office employee named Adam. He went over and beyond the call of duty. We had an over night package from Bonita Springs Florida to Tinley and the tracking was not being updated 11/2 days later. Also, we realized the Tinley address we had on there was wrong. Not only did he try to locate the package he took our number and when it arrived he changed the wrong address to the correct one and let us know. The delivery could have been a fiasco but thanks to Adam our important package delivery was a success. Thank you Thank you Thank you Adam. The Simon's”

“Excellent!! I don’t understand the low reviews because I never had a problem with this location. The clerks are friendly and very helpful when you need assistance! This location and homewood location are my two favorite. I like this location more because the customer service is REALLY outstanding here!!!I have sent important documents and birthday packages from this location and they were delivered on time. Looking at these 1 star reviews, so grateful I haven’t experience any issues, yet! Knock on wood.”
