“Chris was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me when I came in without an appointment to get one of my tires checked. I had gotten a flat while on my 4hr drive up north and had to get a plug done at a small town Walmart. I was worried when I got back from vacation that I'd need to get a new tire and my type of car has extremely specific tires that can take 2-4 weeks to get in. I was so stressed that I didn't realize I needed my uncle with me to buy a new tire. But before we even made the decision to get a new tire, Chris suggested that they check the tire plug themselves. The service was fast, even on a very busy Monday evening. Chris assured me the plug was done correctly and it's safe for me to drive. Thank you Chris and everyone else at this tire center!”

Sebastian volunteered and insisted to go the extra mile to ensure that my experience was top-notch at the end of the evening nearing closing time, and Olivia was not only complimentary of her coworker when I expressed my surprise at his zeal to accommodate a late request, but also went above and beyond by ensuring that my order was timely and exactly as I desired. Both of these employees brought so much life and genuine care to a position which could easily be overlooked that I was genuinely taken aback and and deeply impressed by their professionalism and demeanor. Whatever they're being paid to make pizza and hot dogs is insufficient; these two both ought to be moved into customer-facing positions where their natural skills can shine.
