She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. National was very accomodating to my changing travel needs, giving me two rental extensions and adjusting my final cost when I returned the car early. I made use of their phone service and their App and found both to work very well. Thank you for the great service.”

We had a rental car that was due back at another location and were not allowed to change the drop-off location, but we were told we had to fly from a different airport. Simon from Hertz understood our situation and allowed us to return the car to his location. HASSLE FREE! This allowed us to just enough time catch our flight and make our way to our next work location. Our company operates to maintain the power grid, and our team is constantly on the move, working long hours in hazardous conditions.
