“They took care of an AppleCare repair for me. The product was sent to Apple due to the kind of repair needed. Apple did not repair my laptop properly and I contacted MainstreamUSA right away. They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple's mistake. I now have a fully functioning laptop and they were also wonderful to accommodate me as I had to drive a distance in order to drop off and pick up my laptop each time. I highly recommend them for their amazing customer service!”
“Never been here in person but called yesterday to see if I could get help with my PC that was stuck in a boot loop and couldn’t get passed the advanced repair screen so I called here and asked a guy what they could do since the safe start screen was asking for a log on password and none were working and he told me to press enter in the password input box if i never set a system password and it’ll log in so I tried it out later that day when I got home and sure enough, it’s all good! Thank you guy on the phone, you’re awesome!”
