“Never been here in person but called yesterday to see if I could get help with my PC that was stuck in a boot loop and couldn’t get passed the advanced repair screen so I called here and asked a guy what they could do since the safe start screen was asking for a log on password and none were working and he told me to press enter in the password input box if i never set a system password and it’ll log in so I tried it out later that day when I got home and sure enough, it’s all good!
