“Never been here in person but called yesterday to see if I could get help with my PC that was stuck in a boot loop and couldn’t get passed the advanced repair screen so I called here and asked a guy what they could do since the safe start screen was asking for a log on password and none were working and he told me to press enter in the password input box if i never set a system password and it’ll log in so I tried it out later that day when I got home and sure enough, it’s all good! Thank you guy on the phone, you’re awesome!”

They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple's mistake. “I dealt with Lilly for my 91 year old father in law. He had an old Windows 8 computer that was dying. I live in California and often need to help him with issues related to his computer and online banking etc...I bought him a refurbished Dell tower with Windows 10 installed and called Bit-Tech to make a house call and install it. Lilly was super! All I needed was the computer connected to his existing peripherals, set up a local user account, and install my remote access s/w.I have to be honest, before I called Bit-Tech I was dreading this process but Lilly was exactly what I needed.
