“We had the best customer service today at the store from a very nice lady. She helped us find everything we were looking for. She was very versed in the items and even drilled a hole in the handle for the squeegee. And after all that, she pushed our cart out to the car and loaded it for us. Best customer service. Please know it was most impressive and we will refer all our friends your way. Thank you!!”
“Always had a good experience bought nuts and bolts to appliances however stopped in the store December 15th 2024 about 11:15 a.m. we were looking for a washer and dryer a duet by whirlpool there were three people in the Appliance Department one broke away to see if we needed help we told him what we wanted he said they do not carry that particular unit anymore then went back to the conversation with the other two I believe one of them was a manager to whom was within earshot of our conversation with the first associate ,wandered around the Appliance Department for about 10 more minutes no one ever asked help us again .love my Lowe's Moline store but man you people need to work on your selling and suggestive selling meanwhile we are spending $2,500 on a new washer and dryer from
a different store/company.”
