Total Care Kit (cleaning product including one for leather which we did not need) was added at a cost of $49.99. Home delivery cost of $199.99. We had asked if they delivered and remove our old sofa. We were told they deliver, but do not take out the old furniture. We were not told there was a cost for delivery. We assumed there was no cost. An extra cost of $250.00 that we were not told about, so beware. Go through the sales ticket line by line which SHOULD be done for EVERY customer. We think we got a good price on our sofa and recliner. Salesperson was knowledgeable.”
