Customers praise the helpful pharmacy technicians, who made sure to assist one customer with their medication before the technicians' lunch break. Another customer enjoyed the seafood sale, including frog legs, which they recommend trying. Reviewers who have been shopping at Hy-Vee for over 25 years describe the pharmacists as "cool" and the management and employees as "nice" and "friendly." One shopper looks forward to seeing certain employees, especially in the liquor department. However, not all experiences were positive. One customer encountered a rude, condescending, and dismissive cashier who treated the customer and their spouse differently based on race. Despite this, the majority of reviews highlight Hy-Vee's commitment to excellent customer service, with one customer praising the Moline location for having no lines, employees ready to help, and all checkout lanes open, including express lanes.
Love this hyvee. Always very helpful. Sometimes when I out and order in to be picked up the people were so sweet to me i told them I had breast cancer surgery and along with my order they brought me out a bouquet of flowers. Very thoughtful.

Absolutely loved the pharmacy techs! I came around their lunch time and they made sure to get me my meds, before their break, which was very much appreciated because I was in a lot of pain! Thank you ladies!!

There was a seafood sale, including frog legs. Thanks, Hy-Vee. I think frog legs are allowed during Lent when I have to abstain fronm meat. What? You have never had frog legs? There's no excuse; YouTube has loads of cooking demos.
