“Kristi was very friendly and helpful. I needed to transfer data to a new phone and she helped me out and I was out the door within 15 minutes. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable there.”
“Yousuf (Moline store) was awesome. He made buying an upgrade very simple and offered phone tips (e.g. charging) which I'd never known. I don't have to go into the store often, but there is always a customer in there changing to Boost because they are dissatisfied with their current provider!”
“Dayton, worker at AT&T located at 4100 university, provided professional assistance, listened to customer, also the business , was easy to locate, had accessible parking, inside business had merchandise displayed so customers had no trouble viewing and all questions were answered”
“We went in to upgrade a phone and it was honestly a pleasant experience thanks to Alex. He was super helpful, nice and provided excellent service! Will definitely be back to this store!”
“Overall my experience was a positive one. Charles was very attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient as well as understanding! There was one negative incident during my service however. I was being helped by Charles (who was also effectively going back and forth between helping myself and helping another customer. He had gone to the back for a reason that I can’t recall. Anyway, Susan (who had finished up with another customer) asked aloud if anyone needed any help. I happened to have a quick question pertaining to one of the steps in backing up my phone so I went up to her for some quick assistance. After I posed my (what I would deem to be a routine question given the field of work) she let me know that she needed to use the restroom and started to walk to the back of the store. (This, in my opinion, is unprofessional in and of itself.) Charles then happened to be walking back out on to the floor to which she then loudly asked questioned him as to if he was helping both of us customers at the same time. The tone of her voice indicating disapproval, judgment, and frustration. He acknowledged her and let her know that he was. I spoke up letting her know that both myself and the other customer (whom I’d been sharing conversation with) were happy with the service that Charles was providing us and that me having gone to her had nothing to do with his service. As I was saying this she was walking away from me toward the back of the store. I repeated myself twice. The last time specifically saying “I’d like you to acknowledge what I’m saying. This isn’t on him.” Because she had previously not done so. She continued to walk toward the back and finally moved her head back a little providing a non-verbal “yes.” I have to say that it made me feel like she completely dismissed me. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after she had gone to the back she didn’t come out from the back for about 10 - 15 minutes when she’d originally told me that she’d be right back. I wouldn’t accept service from her if she were the only employee working at the time. It’s that simple.”
“I had a fantastic experience here! The worker Sinai was super helpful and knowledgeable, and they fixed my phone quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated her honesty and great customer service.”
“I came in the store today needing a new phone for my mom and Isaiah assisted us. He was so helpful and very patient and informative! We are so thankful for all his help.”
