“Kylee is the GOAT. I had been meaning to switch to AT&T FirstNet for a while, and the nightmare US Cellular/T-Mobile merger finally pushed me to action. Kylee helped me out and although she was very professional, (she didn't trash talk her competition) l got the impression I was not the first US Cellular refugee she had dealt with. Thank you Kylee for your poise, knowledge, patience, and hand holding. Ten out of 10 would recommend.”
