The guy working there was from an iowa store filling in for the manager. He was extremely helpful helping me cross reference a kubota filter to a napa gold. And even let me know about bulk purchase options for the filters.

They replaced my battery under warranty no questions asked.
I came in with a bad battery I had bought ~2 years ago, but had lost the receipt. I came in and told them that, and they were happy to replace it fully under warranty without any hassle.
