“Was recommended to Bi-State for exhaust work that could not be done by my usual auto techs. Jeff gave me the diagnosis and a few different options on how to proceed and walked through the steps they would take. The workmanship by the guys in the shop is top notch and Jeff pointed out some other potential issues to keep an eye on down the road. The prices we in-line with what some of my auto tech friends from out of the area said to expect. If you are looking for a new auto shop, they should be high on your list of places to check in with.”
“I’ve always taken my vehicles to my dealer however I was in a pinch and gave this location a shot. The young guys working were very professional and clearly follow the processes they were trained on. They provide you with multiple options as well as testing your coolant and checking your air filter. They also show you the dip stick showing the oil level after it’s complete. I was very impressed with them and I manage a truck dealership for a living. My first visit was very good so I brought my other car here for an oil change. This time I was greeted in the lot and offered a cold bottle of water. The technician Brayden was very professional and clearly took his job seriously which I appreciated. My 2nd expedience was very consistent with my first visit which is outstanding for them to show such consistency. You may have just turned this first time customer into a long time customer. Well done gentleman.”
