“1st time there. My experience was amazing. I thought all they would do was replace my brakes. Instead they did a full inspection. Told me all about my vehicles brakes conditions, my struts and found an oil leak i didn't know I had.
They took me out to my vehicle and pointed everything out, explaining as they went. For the very first time I had been given options with recommendations.
Lindsay was very friendly and nice from my 1st phone call, all the way through the entire experience. Her customer service was great.
My Service Technician Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all my issues and giving good advice on what was a reasonable path to work on my vehicle.
I was very suprised at what all work they do there. It's way more than brakes.

“My grandparents have been taking their cars to lindells for 30+ years, so when i needed my buick fixed i made the appt. I took my car in to get the air fixed and an oil change. When I got it back the car felt kind of off. I called lindells on the weekend and they called me right back and got me back in right away!! After they fixed some other issues, I had my car for about a week and then more problems started happening!! Its very frustrating and overwhelming when things go wrong with the car after I just had it fixed. Jake was understanding and asked me to come in so we can look at the car together. When he was diagnosing it he was thorough and explained what was working and what was not, showed me that my engine was fine which was very reassuring, and we were able to figure out what the main issue was. All stemmed from a faulty compressor for the air! He was able to get me in right away again and fix it. Jake was wonderful and compassionate to my issues and made sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you so much Lindells!”

“I usually don’t go for quick oil change type places, but I was traveling through and this was the best option. I was very pleasantly surprised by this Jiffy Lube. Watched the techs through the window and they were very attentive to details: ran the engine for a few to make sure everything was running smoothly and then sprayed the crud off the bottom before they were done. I also asked them to top off the rear diff (the seals are leaking) which they did at no extra charge. Really appreciated the workers and the service there.”
