“I had a really good experience with Martinez Auto Sales this morning under pretty stressful circumstances. I blew a tire while leaving town and happened to pull into/near their lot while waiting for my wife to pick me up so I could get my spare from home.

I asked if my car would be okay parked there, and the gentleman there went above and beyond. He came out to look at the tire, tried helping with an air compressor, then had me carefully pull closer to the shop to try a larger compressor. When the tire still wouldn’t hold air, he told me to go get my spare and said he would help put it on.

When I got back, he jacked up the car, removed the damaged tire, and put the spare on for me without ever asking for anything in return. It was a simple act of kindness, but it made a huge difference in my morning.
