“I absolutely love this place. They are very knowledgeable about cars, especially foreign cars. They are truly a best kept secret. Several years ago, the Range Rover dealership referred me to this place to fix my vehicle.They did an amazing job with my 2009 Range Rover. This company is very transparent and honest. I will share because their work is so efficient it’s hard to get an immediate appointment.If you get an appointment, keep your appointment. You will be disappointed. Depending on where you lthe place is pretty far South. I work downtown, so I don't care. I drive out there with someone and leave my car overnight. When I have an 8 AM appointment the next day. I pick up my vehicle when I get off work.This works for me so I don't have to miss work. However, if you're staying with your vehicle, there's a restaurant across the street where you can go and relax and eat and wait for your car to get ready. At checkout, you can pay your bill in full in cash or with a credit card or debit card. They do charge a 3% fee when you use your credit card or debit card. I hope this helps someone because someone helped me years ago by telling me about them, and so here is your blessing.”
“Upon calling CDE to schedule repairs after an auto accident, we were told they were scheduling about 3 weeks out. My car was drivable, so I decided to wait the three weeks because the reviews of this shop were overwhelmingly positive. After dropping off on the scheduled date, and being given an estimate of two weeks for completion, I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me to tell me the repairs were actually completed a week ahead of original estimate. The staff was professional and courteous. The repair job was phenomenal. My vehicle looks better today than before it was damaged. I'm very pleased, I would highly recommend CDE.”

“I don't normally post reviews but when you have an awesome experience it makes you want to tell everyone. I was involved in an accident where my passenger side doors where damaged as well as the passenger front. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready. When I picked up my car I was shocked I did expect it to look good, but never knew it could look like it did when I first purchased it. This shop exceeded all my expectations. John helped navigate the communication with insurance and his technician Rob’s knowledge helped bridge gap between what insurance was initially authorizing versus what was needed. “Only rating this company 5 stars so it can go right on top so every one can see how unprofessional this towing company is we ordered a tow, a unattended tow left the car there recieved a text that the car had been picked up within 45 mins. The next morning passing by our car was still there same stop never touched my fiancé called and they said he didn’t want to get it last night mind you it was like what 6 o’clock and said “sorry” we’ll sir you can shoved that sorry were the sun doesn’t shine our livelihood defends on this car but they were sure quick to charge us! “This is the second time we used this towing service and once again we received excellent service. We wanted to have our car picked up the same day and Joe thought it would be first thing in the morning but he would reach out to a driver and get back to me. An hour later we received a call from a driver who said he was 5 minutes out. Jesus was courteous, congenial and very particular when securing the car to the lift with additional straps and chains. “Last Friday my son's air conditioner went out in his 2011 Acura RDX. My wife called last Friday at 3pm and asked if he could look at at. We live in Orland and drove it to G Force in Frankfort and got there at 3:45pm. The owner was waiting and was confident that he could fix it in 1 hour. Amazing we got back at 4:45pm, the air conditioner was fixed and charged blowing cold air once again. It was perfect timing because my son had to go back to college at Michigan State University. Great Service and really helped us in a time crunch. pricing was fair and we are extremely happy!!! We would highly recommend GForce in Frankfort!!!”

You placed my vehicle on a flat bed truck. To it carefully while the conditions outside were very unfavorable ( icy and raining with temperatures dropping by the minute. “My son’s passenger side ball joint broke on his car which in turn ripped the axle out and sent his car into the oncoming lane of traffic and the completely disabled. He immediately called AAA motor club for a tow. After waiting over 3 hrs, AAA told him they couldn’t get him until 8:30 the next morning and he should call someone else. I called Kochel’s Towing in Monee for him and the gentleman on the phone dispatched a truck right away. The truck amazingly arrived within 17 minutes. The very friendly, polite and professional driver quickly assessed the situation. He winched the car on to his flatbed and removed my son & his car from a very dangerous location. He then delivered the vehicle damage free to our destination. I can’t thank Kochel’s Towing enough for their professionalism & rapid response time. Kochel’s was referred to me years ago by Al’s Truck Services who had been using them for over 30 years. He stated that they may not be the cheapest, but they most definitely are the best towing service he’s used and wouldn’t use anyone else.”
