“I just started working here last year. The hire process was very smooth and quick. Decent salary for a manual labor job. This is my first warehouse job so I can’t compare it to any previous jobs or other warehouses. Amazon seems like a great company to work for. A coworker of mine is a felon, so it’s great they give opportunities if you have a past. The job itself is chill and easy. I haven’t had any negative experiences with productivity expectations like others have stated. They work great with your school schedule. Their career choice program is amazing, so please take advantage of those benefits to go back to school, I believe it’s $5,600/YR, Wasn’t expecting that when I started. Treat the managers with respect and you won’t have any issues. They’ve all been friendly and helpful with me. Plus they’re always looking to cross train. Overtime is great. No dress code, besides steel toe footwear. Based on my experiences I’d definitely recommend MDW7.”
