“I just started working here last year. The hire process was very smooth and quick. Decent salary for a manual labor job. This is my first warehouse job so I can’t compare it to any previous jobs or other warehouses. Amazon seems like a great company to work for. Treat the managers with respect and you won’t have any issues. They’ve all been friendly and helpful with me. Plus they’re always looking to cross train. Overtime is great. No dress code, besides steel toe footwear. Based on my experiences I’d definitely recommend MDW7.”
