He went further with his customer service skills when the core charge would not go back on my card and followed up with his manager and called me to confirm he had taken care of it. My daughter goes to college there in Monmouth and I live in Missouri which save me a trip to take care of this. He was very friendly and helpful. More places need to offer great customer service like this.”

“I want to personally thank Janssen and Joshua. I came into the store to buy some parts for my pickup and these young men are exceptionally compassionate and caring and knowledgeable. They not only helped me get the parts I needed , But the parts that they didn't have in stock, they were ready to order them for me or find the parts at another store . They even printed me out the item form so I could show it to that autozone's clerk to make the process easier on me. I came into the store again today and Joshua helped me find the products I needed to help me get my old pickup looking her best. You guys are outstanding and I can't thank you enough!”
