Good afternoon, this is a lack of respect. I don't recommend that you come here to load. I arrived at 7:30 before it opened and it's 1:00 and they still haven't loaded us. I'm not one to make comments, but so that you come prepared.

This place has some of the nicest people. They are easy to talk to and professional. Amy greeted me right at the window with a smile and hello. I get the same treatment every time I come here no matter long it's been since I've been here.. Thank you!

The one off versus place in United States Security wonderful people inside wonderful very friendly. I had to pick up Forrest come first serve 11 am they give me door 31 5 PM. I wait there finally I went to the office. I said what is going on. she said to me you are appointment Tomorrow at 2 AM at the morning next day. I left the door 2.5 mile Loves I went there and park. Please don’t accept load from this company I wish I have option zero or -0 for this facility

The loading took 11 hours. I had to return with an overweight load. When I asked them to load faster, they responded rudely and even complained to my manager by email. It’s a shame there’s no option to give less than one star. The only part of the facility that deserves a good rating is the security team at the entrance!

Check to confirm your pickup is for Americold and not Smithfield. Not sure why it still says Cloverleaf. Check in at guard shack and then park along fence or directly across from docks. S/R is the door under the green awning. Allegedly FCFS, but there was basically no one there and I waited 90 minutes for a door, then another two and a half hours to get loaded with bills in hand

Had a pickup with a window from 12/25 @ 21:00 - 12/26 @ 06:00. Arrived on 12/23 around 8pm and tried my luck. Luckily these ppl were nice enough to stay late and load me up so I can make it home for xmas. They didn’t have to but they wanted to make sure I got home for the holidays instead of sitting there so I’m forever grateful to them would go back anytime

i had a very bad download experience here! waiting time 7 hours! waiting for BOL 1 hour, this place deserves only 0 stars, the people working in the office are very slow and unprofessional.
