“I went to Boyce body Werks in Naperville this morning. I called them at 8:10 am and the front staff kindly got me in for 9 am today. The front staff is very helpful and we chatted like we have been friends for a long time! This is the 2nd time I've been there and I can say they are phenomenal. Friendly, and so accommodating. I have had Amy Bidus work with my vehicle both occasions. She is absolutely the BEST!!!! She is delightful to talk with and so efficient in her work. She amazes me how fast and how nice she fixes my car!!! She has "saved" me twice now in situations with my car and I would recommend this place to anyone!”
“I called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment right away to bring my car in for work. The car was checked for what was needed, and I was given a courtesy ride home while car was worked on. My car was ready by 1:00 pm, and I was offered a ride to the shop to pick up the car. “This place is as good as it gets when it comes to service and knowledge. I’m just a hobbyist that went in looking for recommendations on paint and what products I should use for painting my project car. I showed Joe some reference photos for a paint color I was hoping to get and although they didn’t have it, he was able to custom mix a badass color that was exactly what I was looking for. Joe set me up with everything I needed for my specific project (size, primers, reducers etc) and even gave tons of great advice on entry level spray guns, nozzle sizes for the products I purchased.You can tell Joe and the rest of the crew here know what they are doing and have a passion for what they do. “I needed to have a minor accident repair done and Art’s Body Shop was an authorized repair shop. The paint job was excellent. I can’t see any difference between the paint color between the old paint and new paint. Bonus! They cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend this repair shop. Excellent customer service too!”
