“I went to Gerber Auto Collision in Aurora, Illinois (off Route 59), and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Robert the manager, was absolutely amazing!
I came in because my front bumper kept pulling away from my vehicle. I explained that I hadn’t been in an accident and that this issue kept happening after prior work done elsewhere. I was honestly nervous and frustrated, because something clearly wasn’t right.
Robert took the time to actually listen, inspect the issue thoroughly, and explain what was going on. He discovered that my bumper had never been bolted back on correctly in the first place, which is why it kept pulling away over time. That alone gave me so much peace of mind finally getting a clear, honest answer instead of being brushed off.
He secured everything properly and made sure my vehicle was safe and put back together the way it should have been from the beginning. Robert was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.

I had more dog hair trapped in the seats than most dogs have on their body, and he was able to get every last fiber! I even had some scuffing from a mild fender bender and he cleaned that off and saved me a ton of money in body work. Highly recommend him and his services!”
