“I had my car repaired here after a branch fell on it during one of the spring storms. It was in pretty bad shape when I brought it in, and I was nervous about the whole process. But this shop was awesome. They helped me with scheduling (and rescheduling!), all the insurance stuff and even helped me coordinate a rental car with Enterprise. The repairs were finished earlier than expected, too. I picked it up today and my car has never looked so good! Totally impeccable work, and they even cleaned the inside and shined my tires. Big shout out to Tyler who kept in contact with me throughout the repairs and walked me through everything. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Someone broke my window, so my wife took the car to get a new one, but the person who repaired didn't vacuum the broken glasses, causing the window lift to break and the window wouldn't go up anymore.
I was in Aurora this weekend, so I stopped by this store, and they explained the dirty tricks those people had done. I asked them to fix it, and they did a great job here, quickly, and at a very good price.

“I went to Gerber Auto Collision in Aurora, Illinois (off Route 59), and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Robert the manager, was absolutely amazing!
I came in because my front bumper kept pulling away from my vehicle. I explained that I hadn’t been in an accident and that this issue kept happening after prior work done elsewhere. I was honestly nervous and frustrated, because something clearly wasn’t right.
Robert took the time to actually listen, inspect the issue thoroughly, and explain what was going on. He discovered that my bumper had never been bolted back on correctly in the first place, which is why it kept pulling away over time. That alone gave me so much peace of mind finally getting a clear, honest answer instead of being brushed off.
He secured everything properly and made sure my vehicle was safe and put back together the way it should have been from the beginning. Robert was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.

If this is how they treat customers who aren't spending money, I imagine they take pretty good care of the people who are actually paying for services.
