“I have been banking with Earthmover for almost ten years and I cannot express enough that I plan to continue banking with them for as long as possible. I've repeatedly chosen to keep my accounts with Earthmover because of the quality of their customer service and overall assistance. Whether it's loans, fraud assistance, or tech support, I've been treated like a friend and neighbor and given quick and thoughtful help by everyone I've spoken with. Today I was assisted with a tech issue by Cricket and Sasha, both of whom were absolutely wonderful. I work customer service- it's hard to be nice to people after a long week, but these two were awesome. Cricket was super friendly and made me feel so at ease about solving my problem and Sasha was efficient, thoughtful, and offered to follow up with me to make sure my problem was resolved after she referred it. I'm grateful to have such wonderful people looking after my accounts and I hope they are treated with the value and commitment they bring to our community!”
