I've repeatedly chosen to keep my accounts with Earthmover because of the quality of their customer service and overall assistance. Whether it's loans, fraud assistance, or tech support, I've been treated like a friend and neighbor and given quick and thoughtful help by everyone I've spoken with. Today I was assisted with a tech issue by Cricket and Sasha, both of whom were absolutely wonderful. I work customer service- it's hard to be nice to people after a long week, but these two were awesome. Cricket was super friendly and made me feel so at ease about solving my problem and Sasha was efficient, thoughtful, and offered to follow up with me to make sure my problem was resolved after she referred it.
