“Carl and Mario were amazing! As well as the other young woman who assisted me and my family transitioning from MetroPCS to T-Mobile.
I was there for almost 2.5 hours getting 4 new phones activated and transferring all 4 lines. They took their time explaining everything, and troubleshooting the transfer process with my parents phone's. An experience I dread every few years was turned into a pleasant one. I do not plan on ever leaving T-Mobile, that's how much of a difference the staff made. Even once everything was said and done. The young woman found out I was eligible for a free Samsung smart watch and walked me through how to set it up and use it.
I would highly reccomend this store if you and your loved ones plan on leaving your current carrier for T-Mobile.”
