“I had family coming for the holiday and needed to rent a bed, but I only wanted it for short terms, majority of the location near me have you rent for at least a month, but not Premier. They (Philip and Juanita) accommodated my needs perfectly. It was an easy transaction, even when I changed the drop off date twice, it was not a problem...They delivered and set up my bed, with out a problem, they took note of my my house and was very careful with the product, and did the same during picking up.Unlike many places, Premier did not ask me to like them on Facebook, or rate them on Google, they just did the work expected and did it well. I do not write reviews often and when I do, I tend to write my review after the final transaction, for obvious reasons. I have already told a few friends about this place and I will continue to spread the word. This is now my go to place for rental. Thank you Premier for making my experience a very positive one.”

They did not disappoint at all. If you are looking for quality sound do not hesitate. The owner and his crew are the best at this cause I had obstacles to achieve for this amazing sound. “After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess”

And that's why I love my neighborhood 7-11. Now don't forget the staff unlike other stores they are always seem to have a smile for you and willing to help in any way possible. If you have a question you can ask them and they will be willing to help, you don't feel like you are a bother to them.”

“Great customer service! The girls there are very nice and helpful, will def recommend. The day I went to get my phone there was a lady screaming at the worker showing her that she ‘got shot nine times’ and that she ‘made her day horrible’ and started crying and punching the walls … I was like calm down 50 cent lol. Then the girl helped me get a phone after the crazy lady left and was very nice despite what had happened. It’s crazy what these retail workers have too deal with!! I give them lots of props!”

“I came in here because we were filling up on a road trip to Springfield Missouri. We came in at the middle of the night and we decided to buy some snacks. In terms of customer service this place does a decent job. They have so many different options for snacks. Not only that but they have many options for healthy snacks which is not always available at 7-Eleven. The gas pumps worked pretty fast and I had no issue with getting a receipt from the pump which sometimes is a problem at gas stations. There's honestly nothing to complain about this location. Great staff and friendly customer service. The staff was very polite and courteous. The one downside is that it is slightly dirty both on the interior and the exterior. But most gas stations are like that.”

“I have been coming here for 9 years, I don't think any of the staff at this location has been anything but kind and accepting to me and my family and others in the neighborhood. The staff through out the years that i have been coming here has always been kind to my little brother and just children in general. It feels like when you step into that 7-Eleven that the staff truly cares about you and how your day is going and never get tired of their job and take it out on customers. They always offer you a bag and have a wide variety of chips, candy, beverages, ice creams, road trip essentials, coffee, SLURPEES/ICEES, and always have a great attitude.Although many people may have had bad experiences with staff, you should not take it personally, and put yourself in their shoes. Some may not know how to speak english or have had a hard day at the store dealing with all kinds of people and issues. We never know what is going on, on the inside but they still show up and do their job well.Although many could have had issues with the food such as coffee or rollers, that is not normally the employees fault, and if your looking for good quality coffee go to starbucks or dunkin across the street.The coffee is fine and drinkable but it is still gas station coffee so don't have too high of expectations and then complain when they were crushed. This 7/11 makes everyone feel welcome and on a nice summer or spring day with friends and family at least one of us ask "do you want to stop at 7/11".”
