“Service was amazing. I believe the team I met was Latoya and Jeff. There were a few connection issues when processing my payment so Latoya had to run the payment a few times but she was very personable and worked quickly to remedy the issue. Jeff and her both ensured my trailer was secured properly before leaving and answered any questions I had. They also ensured I knew the return time and had the information should have any problems or questions. Very good team and well run location. Super organized as well. I will be back in the future for sure!”

The estimated costs and estimated time for completing repairs are accurate.
The truck rental department has quality equipment at reasonable prices. We are a seasonal business and we rely on Coffman rentals in our peak season.
The sales team has helped us liquidate our aged equipment. All i had to do was get the equipment to their lot. Then the Coffman team arranged a detail and decal removal. Necessary mechanical repairs to prep for sale were completed. Then Coffman marketing gets your listing immediate views. This is not a free service. Deduct the expense out of the final sale price. This is a great service.

“I just wanted to thank Mike (the manager) for the awesome customer service he and his staff provided me with this last week. We had numerous issues getting the parts for my trailer installation due to the incorrect information provided to us by Kia with regard to both their manual and the incorrect matching of the VIN number with the appropriate hitch! Despite that, Mike went out of his way over the course of several days to get what I needed to have the installation done by my needed date! In fact, he stayed 2 hours after the store closed on a brutally cold night to make sure it was completed before he went home!! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore!! Thanks again Mike and staff!!

“Joe was amazing! I was having difficulties with my movers and decided to call the store directly. I gave Joe the background details and he handled everything so professionally and discreetly. He kept me on the phone with the movers, they were aware of this, while making the arrangements. It was quite the process! Everything from the movers changing the names of who would be the designated driver, whether they had a credit card that would work, which was declined a few times, and then organizing the return date and time.
My family was moving my 90-year-old father and the day was extremely stressful in itself, compounded by my movers giving us the runaround. Joe made the day so much better and helped me sort things out with kindness and efficiency. I've used this store in the past for my own moves and have always been pleased with the service. I highly recommend the Lake Street, Aurora, location. My family thanks you!”
“Great experience with a truck rental here. Reasonable price for middle or long distance trip. more profitable than the others. Manager Donnie is competent guy who was a pleasure to deal with. Check in process took 10 minutes and check out less than 5. Fresh truck, no issues.
IMPORTANT: Don't be lazy to call in advance if you've made a reservation to check the availability of the truck size you need.”

“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”

“Austin is very polite, helpful, and stands behind his work! I do most of my automotive work myself but definitely trust Aurora Transmission for anything that I cannot handle myself. Austin rebuilt the transmission in my Chrysler van and had me back on the road within days! Prices are fair and reasonable as well.
