“We asked Jeff to do a bulk order of Etching 21 Hydro Flasks for our UIUC group Engineering Employment, and every single member of the group loved what we got. The quality was excellent and the turnaround time was very quick. He made sure that all our needs were met in what we got, and we could not have been more proud of the product we received. I definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to laser etch anything and look forward to doing business with him in the future!”

“I am a Sangamon Valley CEO student and we visited Monticello Mercantile for a site visit and the owner and employees are great. All were very kind and willing to answer all of my questions. Minticello Mercantile is a great little shop right off the square. It is great to have a place where you can run in and get a gift for someone you love, whether it be something small or even a big gift. The Merc will provide.”
