Heather Beebe is a loan officer at this location and she is ABSOLUTELY fabulous! I recently had the pleasure of having her as my loan officer during a recent refinance experience and will recommend her to anyone I can. As someone who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years , I have never met a loan officer who is so passionate about her profession. Utterly horrible service. The worst bank I've ever used. I've only been with them for a few weeks and I've had nothing but problem after problem - no fault of mine. The longest hold times of any bank, at an average of about 50 minutes on hold before I could even talk to anyone. Save yourself and bank somewhere else, I'm closing my account ASAP.

Nice workers in person, but absolutely zero phone support. I had an account issue using the website so I tried calling several times, waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time, tried multiple branches, but I got nothing other than the annoying repetitive hold music and useless advertisements. No one ever answers the phone or their phone system is broken.

Residential loan department leaves something to be desired. She became rude and unprofessional during our process. We refinanced one home and purchased a condo in another state within a few months time and she didn’t show up to either closing. I never met her one time. I would not recommend the loan department.

We are beneficiaries to trust administered by First Midwest Bank Joliet. They are a complete joke. Not a lick of business sense between the trustee or Vice President. They rely on attorneys for simple analysis and then bill the beneficiaries. So much for a fiduciary relationship.

I frequent the First Midwest Bank in Shorewood, Wilmington, and Morris and I have to say the standard of customer service in Shorewood and Wilmington have to be pretty high, they are nothing but friendly. However, the one in Morris on Main street has zero sense of customer service. Everyday that I drop off my deposit, they do not greet you, and they do not even say have a good day or anything. Most if the time there are no words exchanged. Today set me over the edge. I asked
