“Recently started going here to get into shape! The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need assistance. The gym itself isn't crammed all the time with people. You're free to come and go as you want, and even shower after a nice workout! Do keep in mind, there is only 1 shower, but generally it shouldn't take long to shower. Lockers are also located by the front entrance to store your belongings so they arent laying around. There is an extra payment for guests if you decide to bring one to try the gym out, but it is reasonably affordable. Most of the equipment is open when you need it unless you're just waiting for someone to finish their sets/workout on it! They do also have music going as you workout, but do keep in mind that you're always welcomed to wear your own headphones as well if you desire!”

“Great facility, programming and coaches. I'm thankful for the coaches that have patiently help me overcome some mobility issues and I'm able to squat and do lunges now. Knee pain has improved a lot as I've gotten stronger! I'm glad I stuck with it because I'm overcoming my weaknesses. I've been in quite a few CrossFit gyms and this gym by far has the best running.... No potholes, no steps, no awkward surfaces, no weird courses, Glad to not run in the alley or run in a place that feels sketchy Yes all of those things were frustrations at other CrossFit gyms with their running courses. The Masters class is phenomenal with helping people overcome mobility issues and get stronger with regards to changes that come with aging. I highly recommend this gym.”
“Great Little gym, with dumbbells up to 50 lb. A nice Smith machine, and a machine to work every part of the body. Very clean & friendly staff. I'm from out of town but if I lived here I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family here.”
