“We have been at this facility for a very long time and it improved somewhat when the new owners took over, but it seems now that the bigger price raise. there are weeds all over that that’s not being taken care of as it was in the past and yes, and seem like there’s a lot of potholes And more gravel in the low spots
We still feel very safe having our camper there, but it would be nice for someone to address those problems”

From first contact with Stephanie to Tom walking us through every detail of our rental, we have had a wonderful experience with the storage company. The units are clean (very!) and secure, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Tom, the manager of the Morris location, is an absolute gem – he had us in stitches the whole time we were signing up and paying for our first month. And I’m sure he thought of every single detail possible that we may need to know and let us know right up front. Very much recommended if you need self storage.”
“Overall I am very happy with my experience renting a storage unit here. I appreciate the 24-hour access as well as the fair pricing. Both ladies that I have interacted with here have been very friendly and helpful... Shelly helped me work through a bit of a difficult situation regarding a late payment that I had, and reinstated my access to the unit as quickly as possible, later that same day as a matter of fact. Highly doubt any corporate-owned storage place would go out of their way for somebody/try to understand his or her circumstances the way she did for me. Was a lifesaver, I had a time-sensitive item I needed to retrieve. Give them a call see if they have a unit for you! Seems like they fill up fast but I can see why. -Mike”
