Shelly helped me work through a bit of a difficult situation regarding a late payment that I had, and reinstated my access to the unit as quickly as possible, later that same day as a matter of fact. Highly doubt any corporate-owned storage place would go out of their way for somebody/try to understand his or her circumstances the way she did for me. Was a lifesaver, I had a time-sensitive item I needed to retrieve. Give them a call see if they have a unit for you! Seems like they fill up fast but I can see why. -Mike”
