“A few months ago I moved from Glenview to Morton Grove so I now do my banking at the Morton Grove branch where there is plenty of parking with easy access in and out, a welcome change from strip mall parking at Glenview with difficulty of exiting into Waukegan Rd traffic. I find both tellers in Morton Grove to be extremely welcoming and helpful. If you haven’t yet been to this branch, I highly recommend it.

MAY 2026- ADDENDUM: I was recently scammed by an incredibly believable telephone call from Citi Bank where I have 2 credit cards (Costco and American Airlines). The call was supposdedly from Citi asking if I had just made a large purchase. Since I had not, I was forwarded to what I thought was their fraud department. The upshot is that it was not and I foolishly lost $2,000. Before I could lose another $500, Colin from the Morton Grove banch called and said he had just received an alert that there was suspected frauulent activity on my debit card.

In several days that followed, Colin spent a huge amount of time, changing my account numbers, issuing a new debit card, ordering checks and helping secure my money at PFCU...and calmly soothing my frazzled anxiety!

The service at this branch by Colin and Lisa always is efficient, demostrating their competence, always preformed with genuine friendliness and kindness. Both are outstanding at their jobs and just plain great people!

If you have not yet checked out this encellent money-saving alternative to expensive commercial banks, I highly recommend Partnership Financial Credit Union in Morton Grove (or any of the other branches). Btw, I am not a credit union employee or relative of one. Just a completely happy customer!”

“I've been banking at this branch for the past 15 years; it use to be MB Financial now 53rd Bank. I've experienced consistent great customer service all this time; most of the people have been there many years. This is pretty much the only branch I do my banking because the customer service is outstanding! The go to personal banker is Nita; she has a passion to help people with their financial needs and truly is a person of integrity and loyal to her customers! Ana and all the other tellers are all great! They have been servicing customers with professionalism, courtesy, respect and genuinely nice and caring people; they are quick and efficient without skimping out on customer service.I've never had a problem that wasn't met with real concern and willingness to help! Most of my issues are\were due to my own ignorance but there's not one person who wasn't understanding and helpful; took the time to give me information or answer\address my concerns no matter how small.The bankers and tellers make this branch welcoming and always a pleasure to handle your banking needs; great experience! I highly recommend this branch if you want awesome customer service by people who will go above and beyond for you! Trust me!
