“I just had to write a review about my experience with the people at this bank! My mother and I have been banking with Linda castleman for at least 8 years. When it came time for my mother to downsize her home there was no question it would be through Linda. Linda told us she didn't do home mortgages and got us in contact with Jason Labelle. Jason was incredible! So detailed and very knowledgeable and approachable. Through the process I felt I was the only person Jason was working with. I later found out he and his wife were having their first child. This still did not interfere with Jason's commitment to me and my mother's needs. He partnered us in with Ruth barberra who also acted as though we were the only people they were working with. They immediately responded to e mails or texts, they were very patient and clear with what and when we needed to get things accomplished. It was a very smooth and manageable process. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and commitment! Jason even went to the closing of my mothers new home to ensure everything was in order! They all made this process go very smoothly! Thank you to Linda, Jason and Ruth who were really incredible to work with! We could not have done it without you! It is great to see the commitment and patience you all have to your jobs and your clients! THANKS!”

“I've been banking at this branch for the past 15 years; it use to be MB Financial now 53rd Bank. I've experienced consistent great customer service all this time; most of the people have been there many years. This is pretty much the only branch I do my banking because the customer service is outstanding! The go to personal banker is Nita; she has a passion to help people with their financial needs and truly is a person of integrity and loyal to her customers! Ana and all the other tellers are all great! They have been servicing customers with professionalism, courtesy, respect and genuinely nice and caring people; they are quick and efficient without skimping out on customer service.I've never had a problem that wasn't met with real concern and willingness to help! Most of my issues are\were due to my own ignorance but there's not one person who wasn't understanding and helpful; took the time to give me information or answer\address my concerns no matter how small.The bankers and tellers make this branch welcoming and always a pleasure to handle your banking needs; great experience! I highly recommend this branch if you want awesome customer service by people who will go above and beyond for you! Trust me! “04/01/23 - The second stop on our April Fools Day Tour was Citi Bank in Dempster to freeze a joint account she has w/her brother that lives in the Philippines. This account was set up before he moved back to the Philippines for good when he retired. For him it simplified banking transactions so they opened they opened a joint account so she could help out with transactions that had to occur in the US. The visit here was more of a precaution incase any fraudulent activity occurs in the future”
