“I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Juan at Wells Fargo's Touhy branch in Chicago. As a new resident of Indianapolis, I didn't have access to a local branch, but Juan at the Chicago branch went above and beyond to help me with an urgent wire transaction.
Despite walking in without an appointment, Juan jumped into action, skipping his lunch break to assist me. He listened patiently, worked his magic, and assured me the issue would be resolved that day. And he delivered! Within 3-4 hours, my other party confirmed receipt of the wire. I'm still amazed!
