“This is pretty new and contemporary branch (only 1.5 years old) located at periphery of the Golf Mill mall. It's not my regular Chase branch but I came here for some holiday cash as it was convenient on this day. I also walked in for the first time and used the teller service as opposed to the customary and convenient ATM's located at the entrance. The layout is quite nice, spacious, and airy. There's also a friendly greeter if you decide to poke your head in beyond the ATM's. Parking is plentiful. There are also 3 drive-thru/ATM lanes and I've noticed there is always some business going on there so this location has plenty of traffic. Neelum was the teller I encountered and she was very pleasant, engaging, and friendly. Apparently many of the personnel here came from the closed small branch that used to be located by the Walmart on Golf Road, and this was a big and pleasant upgrade for them.”

“I am doing it for my cousin Gigi Kandarappallil who doesn’t speak English well, we came to the Citi bank to resolve some issues. The banker Asad, Rafidi ( who works at the citi bank in Nile’s) took care of all issues which took almost more than 2 hours, he made all the phone calls to resolve the issues which too long time even after the business hours, he stayed late for almost 30 minutes to help us. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it, he was soooo wonderful and helpful and can’t thank him enough for his help . Now I feel like I should be a citi bank customer after seeing how he handled the situation.”
