They’ve consistently delivered top-quality work for my business—handling everything from brochures and business cards to banners with professionalism and care.
Beyond my business needs, they’ve been an incredible resource for our local high school (New Trier), designing and printing large volumes of brochures, posters, banners, and banquet booklets for the Football, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey teams. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these important projects. Their service, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched!
But today, they surpassed even my highest expectations. A package we thought was lost was tracked down thanks to their persistence and incredible attention to detail. Mike and Pete were so responsive! They retraced every step—reviewing the labeling process, speaking with the driver, and even checking the in-store camera footage. Their extra effort solved the mystery, and the package was found and delivered right on time.
This level of dedication is rare, and it’s why I would never go anywhere else. Truly an outstanding team!”

“This place is great. I've dropped off USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages and they all move in transit to their destination extremely fast--even faster than if I drop off at an actual post office etc. You can get a dropoff receipt for FedEx and UPS packages, but not USPS (which is hard to get at an actual post office anyways). It's always very efficient and I'm out the door quickly.”
“Stopped in to print some photos for a poster and honestly had no idea what I was doing. After making an error on my part, Nicole was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to print exactly how I wanted and it turned out perfect! I noticed that the other staff were just as helpful with their customers as well. 10/10 recommend!”

He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. “I can not say enough great things about this location. The folks here are so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in today with two giant boxes and an Amazon kiosk return. Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here. And he told me to just leave my giant boxes where they were and he took care of them. Seems like a little thing but if you have ever been to the store on Division, you know it is a huge deal. Thank you so so much for your help today. Oh and going here vs. there you can actually get a parking spot in front of the store.”

Jeet and his team connected me with TForce freight and procured a pickup within 24 hours. He came to my house, we filled out some paperwork, slapped a label on it and out it went. Frictionless and speedy. Thanks guys!”

“I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt compelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package.
It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him.
While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!”
