I am writing to make a formal complaint about the poor service I have experienced at the Morton Grove Post Office. I recently reported that my mail was lost, but unfortunately, the postman and staff at this branch have not been willing to help me. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, I have been treated with indifference, and I feel that nobody cares about resolving my problem.
As a customer, I expect professional service and support when an important issue like lost mail occurs. The lack of concern and unwillingness to help is unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that proper action be taken to ensure better service in the future.

Got two appointments, woke up early just to get my passport done through them. Both the times, the agent was not there at all so hence they can’t do it. They should remove passport services from this branch or fire their unreliable employee who can never make it on time.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office.
The employee’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It’s shocking that despite many previous complaints about this man, no action has been taken and he is still working there. It feels like no one at the postal service cares about customer feedback or the quality of service. I truly hope someone finally pays attention to this issue, because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

Noone was at the counter around 5:30pm but there was this sign posted instead. So waited for about 15 minutes along with about 5 other people in line and still nobody came to help us at the counter.

Visited this PO 5/29/25 around 4 pm. Just one clerk behind the counter who look like he hated his job didn’t say a word while I waited for him to finish what he was doing (about 5 min). I’m not looking for any greetings or pleasantries, but to look like he is pissed off to help a customer is just very unprofessional. I took my business somewhere else although it costed me higher. Too many postal employees who is just free loading off the USPS.

Came on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am and the doors was locked and the doors clearly says 8 am. 1pm. I stopped a postal worker that was driving away in their vehicle, and they said they was working on the safe. That's something that should've been done before The Post Office should open. Not having customers wait outside in a parking lot and walking to the doors and they are locked. Where is the postmaster for this location

Made an appointment for new passport with photo service. Followed all the instructions on the confirmation email. Only one guy at the post office and with a really bad attitude. Told us he can't do money order nor photo as their camera is down, but no one had informed us beforehand.
Really Really bad attitude and complete waste of time. If you want a passport don't come here.

This large gentleman with D cups watched me struggle to carry this big box for 15 minutes in line just for me to get to the front and tell me I had the wrong tape on it. You couldn’t tell me when I was struggling that you wouldn’t help me at all and it was a waste of time?

The overweight dude in the front with the glasses provided the worst service to mankind. I can tell he hates his job. Worst experience ever. Didn’t know anything about his job. Had to ask him in the end what does he know? Since all his answers were i don’t know to any question being asked. Will not be returning to this location. Horrible experience.

Very disappointing service. We set up a temporary forwarding address to a PO Box while we were out of town. It didn't work. We heard from several people/businesses that the mail they sent us was returned as undeliverable with no forwarding address. Upon returning home, we checked the box and while there was some mail there it was not the volume we would have expected. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the employee(s) didn't seem to care. Considering we paid for the box and set it up well in advance, we didn't expect to encounter problems. And the lack of concern from the postal employees added to our frustration.

The worst place ever!! Waited 3weeks to get a schedule and he called me 2 days before and said to cancel my appointment and find another place.. coz there is no one to do their job.. worst customer service! Hope the District Manager will address this matter.
