Absolutely horrible and unacceptable customer service. Taxes and costs keep increasing, yet the quality of the service offered in our town seems to be at an all time low. The lack of professionalism,basic courtesy, and accountability at this post office is beyond disappointing. Close this office or get rid of its employees.

Terrible service rude as hell it’s soooooo unfortunate that this is the closest location to me. I literally wait to ship my packages on the days I work to avoid this location ur better off going to Niles location or ANY OTHER LOCATION
