negative stars, especially for the arrogant assistant store manager, MARK GORESHNIK. He should not be interfacing with customers.Oh, and Ali was a close 2nd. I see that he also has a following from the 1 star reviews below
P.S. I see that Mark received another 1 star review a month ago. Maybe time to reconsider the staffing at xfinity as Mark chases away customers

At this place you can find good and bad costumer service. It depends on the person who takes care of your business. My first time here was great, the second time was horrible. Really mean people, and rude. I have couple of questions ans in some point when I asked again the same question because I didn't understand their point ,the person who was working with me said " I don't want to answer you because we are going in circles ". I explained to him that I didn’t understand what he explained me he said " that is not my fault, I don't want to repeat this anymore." It is frustrating, what kind of costumer service is this.

Poor and extremely poor service. What a bad time in this place. Friends, on this site there is a Hispanic lady who does not care about serving people well, she does not give timely information and tells people to wait in the room, showing the mockery towards them on her face, in truth, I do not recommend this site at all. ...I don't know what this operator is doing, hiring people who make fun of clients' time and also love to discriminate.

They came to change the address, but they changed it to the wrong one. They came again to change it, they don’t want to help, the manager doesn’t go to the meeting, doesn’t want to help, said that it’s impossible and left without listening to us, worst service and understanding

Horrible service. Do not get xfinity! go with any other brand. They continue to always go out and have HUGE lag spikes.
Very unreliable service. I will not deal with them anymore. Heed these words. Comcast/xfinity is trash.

I walked in to this store to return an item . After waiting over 20 mn , I noticed 4 employees including the manager just sitting and kicking w each other while customers sitting waiting to be served
It s not professional when u put your close friends to do nothing while other employees running
Shame on the manager that does not care about customer service
Will never come back to this location

Came into the store to get a replacement cable box and was given one that didn't work. Went back the next day and got another one and that one didn't work either. A technician had to come out a few days later to discover that they were supplying me with the wrong cable box for my plan! So aggravating as well as the hours on the phone getting nowhere.

After dealing with concast for more than a month to get my service working, I came into the store to drop off a cable box. As I walked in I was told I would have to wait a half hour to hand the box to someone. This is simply unacceptable. The reason this is not right is there was several employees standing there doing absolutely nothing. They expect you to wait while they stand around socializing. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they are all in a meeting. When a manager finally came out I asked him to help me. He refused and told me to wait. I asked for the district managers name and was told they do not give that information out. I explained to him I have had decades of store management experience and this is not the proper way to treat customers. He came back with " the customers is not right according to his business degree". Matt Goreshnik is his name. If this is how Comcast treats it's customers it will only lose more. I am very disappointed in this customer service experience. We as consumers deserve more for our hard earned money. This is simply disrespectful and undeserved. My 2 cents. Hope others have better luck. This joke of an employee needs to be fired.

Very prompt and pleasant experience with the sales consultant Violet (twice).
5/5 stars! I had an issue with my new phone order and a coupon that was beyond the scope of her work duties, but she went above and beyond to help me fix it anyway! Her patience, kindness, and determination was not going to go unnoticed. She displayed exceptional customer service and is an asset to her company. Thank you!
