Items are being out for delivery and taken back to the facility and out for delivery again for dats upon days. This has been a continued problem with FedEx with orders for a month now! Drivers are stealing the packages or losing them which over 20 items now they are not getting lost. Their job is to deliver packages they need to do their job. Packages are out for delivery and being taken back to the facility with no attempt to deliver every single day! There is absolutely no reason they are not delivering the items and the problem needs to be resolved! Below is the most recent exampleš”

I had a great experience with my FedEx driver and the folks at the FedEx Morton Illinois facility. I had a trip to Alaska scheduled and had a critical delivery I needed before I left on the trip. I was expecting to get my delivery the day before I left but it was delayed until the day I was leaving and I would not have been able to get it for my trip. I talked with my normal delivery driver, Monique Sheff and explained to her how important my delivery was to the success of my trip. Monique started making calls in my driveway to find out where my item was and when it would make it to the FedEx facility in Morton Illinois. She stayed in touch with me during the day and provided me with the information I needed to be able to pick up my item the morning of the day I left. She had me call the office to hold my item at the Morton Illinois facility so I could pick it up early the next morning I was scheduled to fly out to Alaska for my trip. When I arrived at the facility I walked into the office and was immediately met by Angel Reveraz and was asked how he could help me. I explained my situation to him and he told me he was aware of my situation and would check on the unloading status the truck my item was in. Angel went out on the loading dock and while I was waiting for his return in the waiting room another employee walked through and asked if he could help me. I told him I was already being helped. Angel returned and said the truck my item was on was not unloaded yet. Angel then went back out to the dock and found my item and promptly brought it out to me.
I am a business owner and understand what good customer service looks like. This was GREAT customer service and I seriously appreciate the efforts that Monique Sheff provided to me!! I also want to thank Angel Reveraz for his efforts to get my package off the truck for me so I could make my flight!
I usually receive good service from FedEx but this went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks FedEx for the efforts of you and your team!

The worst fed ex! One you canāt talk to anyone except a robot! And two everytime I have a delivery for a Saturday they ācanāt find where I liveā and then I still donāt get my package for DAYS after that. I WANT TO TALK TO A MANAGER

I had trouble tracking down a package that I needed to sign for, but I was unable to be home during the delivery window. Bob McEndollar from Famco group was a lifesaver! He was able to connect me with Will at their ground location, and I was able to pick up my package as soon as I got off the phone with Bob. I am very pleased with the kindness and customer service both Bob and Will provided!

Good luck if your package requires a signature. They are notorious for driving right by. Knowing this i sat and waited for my package, opened the door when I seen the truck, waved at the driver just for him to snap a picture of the house and keep driving without delivering the package. Soon after I get an email saying recipient wasn't available.
Fedex has Terrible service and obviously lacks leadership and integrity in their management.

I honestly wish i could give 0 stars. My package was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday was delayed, got put on a truck Wednesday got shuffled around on a truck all day to not be delivered. Called customer service they said they would reach out to this local facility to prioritize my package for 8 am on Thursday. It is now noon and still no package. Just saw fedex speed by my house. Did not stop and try to deliver my package. Customer service and their only answer is they have a high package volume and cannot escalate my call to any type on management. This is absolutely the worst delivery service and customer service.

I will not be using FedEx in this area again. I am waiting on a very time-sensitive package. I just watched a driver make a rolling stop in my apartment complexās parking lot and mark the package as unable to be delivered. Now, because of restrictions on this package by the sender, I canāt pickup from the FedEx location or change the address on the package. I never had any issues with FedEx before moving here.

I have been waiting 1 1/2 weeks for a package that they say they can't deliver because they can't find my home which they have delivered to numerous times in the past. Fedex is the worst package delivery company I will never use them again !

Unbelievable- 3rd time in two months that drivers have failed to leave packages in the designated spot ( our porch) . We do not check āon the side of the garageā for packages. Last shipment contained perishable items which were ruined - no help from FedEx on that one but they guaranteed it would not happen again- guess what - yep it happened again

Awful experience with them as I can not get my package that they failed to deliver and have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the facility for pick up.
