“This is my home away from home it seems. They always have amazing sales and nearly everything you need for your garage and auto and more. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always take their time to help and answer any questions. That goes a long way and sets the EP store above other places in my opinion. Also, Their lifetime warranty on their tools is great! They gave me a brand new torque wrench for mine that stripped out and it was ridiculously old. Swapped no questions asked. Recommended!!”

“I went there recently to get a part to repair a bathtub faucet and expected to pay more for the convenience of it being close by. I figured I could get it cheaper at Lowe’s or Home Depot. The owner or manager told me exactly what I needed and I came away only having to purchase seven dollars worth of washers and parts. Had i gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s, I would’ve had to purchase an entire unit at $40 or more.This Ace Hardware has the feel of the old hardware stores when I grew up as a kid where the owners and managers would personally help you select what you needed. I miss stores like this and the quality people who work in them!”

“Stopped by Dunham's today and I kind of forgot that Harbor Freight was located next door so we stopped in here too so I could do a Google review! The one in East Peoria is a bit smaller and a little bit more outdated so going into this one I noticed how much nicer and spacious it was. None of the employees approached us in the store but the cashier was friendly. Harbor Freight always has a bunch of great deals going on so if you sign up for the rewards program you can get deals and coupons and stuff like that. Very nice location and will be returning.”

“Stopped in for an in-line switch to fix my niece's lamp cord switch and decided to get her some gloves while we were there. She easily found a slim pair of mechanic's gloves that fit her (medium), but the selection of heavier duty gloves was a bit lacking and we had to settle for a pair that was a little bit too big for her (large).”

“The best Lowe's! Come here almost every week with my doggies and my dogs absolutely love people there! Never had issues with returning any items. We ordered 4x4 pallets and cinder block pallets and didn't have any issues with returning bad looking ones. The percentage of bad wood we got was minimal and we are very happy with that. The personnel is absolutely fantastic! Very nice and kind people also very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I still don't understand how this store has such bad reviews. We basically live in this store and haven't had any problems.”
