“Up here visiting in laws from Texas. Trying to get their new gas stove hooked up, long story short, the connections were a nightmare. Went to the three big stores in town with zero help and all with horrible attitudes. Finally saw this ACE and I’m so glad I went here. Not only were they able to help, the two men inside were beyond courteous and professional. The way they conduct themselves is way above any service I’ve ever received at the big three home improvement stores. Thank you for helping, you all saved the day.”
“Good cheap place to grab tools. This place has saved my butt on numerous occasions. For instance a big box store wants $200 for a 1/2 Drive Impact and was able to score one from Harbor Freight for under $50 and believe it or not the Harbor Freight tool was lighter in weight and offered free lifetime replacement. Big Box Store didn't offer anything except 30 day return with receipt. Also Harbor Freight has a fast track program I would recommend for anyone who buys alot of tools and or attachments. They offer coupons very frequently via email, text message and snail mail.”

“Big store. Don't be afraid to ask where things are to avoid wandering aimlessly, even though the aisles are fairly well labeled. Prices reasonable. Salesman there when I arrived knew exactly what I needed and had good recommendations to fix problems later down the road as well.”
“I've had great luck ordering online and picking up at the store. The order is always ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. When I arrive for pickup, the order arrives at my car in 3 or 4 minutes. The staff I have encountered have all been friendly.”

“The best Lowe's! Come here almost every week with my doggies and my dogs absolutely love people there! Never had issues with returning any items. We ordered 4x4 pallets and cinder block pallets and didn't have any issues with returning bad looking ones. The percentage of bad wood we got was minimal and we are very happy with that. The personnel is absolutely fantastic! Very nice and kind people also very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I still don't understand how this store has such bad reviews. We basically live in this store and haven't had any problems.”
