“I didn't get the gal's name that helped me find the mop head but she was amazing. Told me she was fairly new & still learning the layout of the store.”
“We were shopping for a solid side utility trailer. I called ahead to make sure they had one in stock. I spoke to Josh and he was a great help. Said they'd get it all ready to go for us. Told me to be sure to bring a couple of checks, because (in Illinois) we could pay for the trailer with cash or credit, we had to pay the tax & title individually by check. Really appreciated the heads up! Great experience!”

“I get a lot of things here. Every now and then, when I find what I need, I wasn't liking the fact that they got rid of something that I was going to buy, but I guess i lost out on that one. But I'm pretty upset with that. I haven't been buying too much now. I was very upset cause I was going to get it when I had the money and well when I had the money it was gone. And they don't have any more, they don't carry it. No more.”
