“So this review is Overdue. Last week I had a very extensive dental procedure done. Anyone who has had dental pain knows there is nothing like it. I was in a lot of pain and a script was called into this Walmart. I have been going here. I might add for over a year now and always had great treatment.. As I said, I was in pain which made me very irritable. My script wasn’t ready because it was called in late even though I was irritable they hurried up and got me taken care of.. I made some remarks about the script, not being ready because The amount of pain I was in did not have me realizing that this had just been called in. They hurried up and got it ready and had me on my way. I never apologized for being kind of a jerk. The following evening, Sunday evening about 7 PM this is after the pharmacy had been closed for an hour. I received a phone call from the manager of this pharmacy. She knew I was upset and took it upon herself to call and check in on me to make sure that we were all good. In a world where customer service is lacking, I cannot say enough about how much that meant that they took the time to make sure I was still good with them and not upset With them over something that was really out of their control not even their fault , even though it was out of their control they took charge, addressed it and got me going quickly. When it back, it should have been me calling them to apologize Thank you, Morton Walmart pharmacy the entire crew Keep up the great work”

“I really like cvs in morton off Jackson st. They actually do their job and even when its chaotic and its time for their lunch break they still get the remaining customers”

“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I have never had any issues with prescriptions or staff.

And the review stating that they don't tell you when they close for lunch is bull. It says it when you call and there's always been a sign on the door stating when they take their lunch.”
