“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the pharmacist Cole, pharmacy tech Mariellen and the entire staff at the Washington IL CVS! After Walgreens in Washington was unable to get the specific manufacturer of my son’s medication, the only one he can safely take due to an allergic reaction to another manufacturer, we were feeling frustrated and worried. Cole refused to give up. Instead of simply telling us it wasn’t available, he went above and beyond, making phone calls, searching every possible avenue, and doing everything he could to find the medication my son needed. His determination, compassion, and willingness to advocate for his patients is something you don’t see every day.
To our surprise and absolute delight, Cole found a way to get the exact manufacturer my son needed. We were honestly amazed. What seemed impossible to other pharmacies became possible because he refused to stop looking.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Cole treated us like family. He understood how important this medication was and never stopped trying until he found a solution.
