They were able to order the tire and put it on the next morning. The guys are great at Hiller and truly care about their customers!”
“I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time at East Peoria Tire & Vulcanizing. I hit a curb and popped my tire last Friday night. I had planned to leave for a short trip to Rockford by 9:00 am Saturday. I went a different tire place first and they didn’t have the size tire I needed. I then called E.P. Tire to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock either. But the man I speaking to said he would go check their used tires to see if he could find one. He found the exact same tire I needed and it was in good shape. They got me right in and I was on my way to Rockford in no time! As I waited for my car I watched as every client that came through the door was greeting immediately and their needs were addressed with friendly, professional and prompt service. E.P. Tire has won me over and I will be back next spring for a full set of tires.”

“The slow leak in my car tire finally gave out and the tire went almost completely flat while I was at work. Unsure if I would able to get home without towing my car back, I quickly tried to figure out how to get a new tire on my car by the end of the day so I could keep going to work uninterrupted. I had never heard of Schooley's before, but it was near enough to my workplace that I could make it there without towing it, so I called around 1 pm to see if they had a tire I could buy. They were able to get a correctly-sized tire for me the same day by 3 pm, and in fact they were over 15 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment. When I went in, they had the tire on my car in about 30 minutes, and it was *way* cheaper than I expected: less than $150. I was super impressed by everything, and I'd definitely come here again to get more tire work done. Thanks for saving my butt Schooleys!”
“I’ve been having trouble with her left, front hoof for a while now. Called around and found this shop on Jefferson and Mary right before you hit downtown Peoria. He said it’s a first come first served, I got down there and he’d had another guy pull up to get a tire. We waiting maybe 10 minutes and it was our turn. He come out jacked her up and had us done in about 10-12 minutes. And she’s running great. Friendly, fast, efficient! Cash is preferred $50 for a great used tire.”

“This guy did it right.Had some issues after timing chain fixed,but he was able to run it down and fixed it,cam shaft sensor.Had several things done by them.Yea it cost thousands,but he saved me thousands compared to what Ray Denison wanted.Without people like Danny doing what he does everyday,we would all be at the mercy of the dealership.I will definitely take my cars here in the future.I was looking for a good mechanic. Usually did things myself but getting too old without a lift.I recommend that you call him after you hear what the dealership wants.Great guy and knows what he's doing.Lets keep these independent small business owners going.Thank you for the thousands saved,I have 4 cars and will definitely have him do the work again.Sometimes it dont go perfect,I know ive worked on cars myself,so if you're on here saying it took too long,sometimes shit happens and I get it,have some patience and he will figure it out for you.”

The manager was very helpful in getting me my refund and ordering the right size and I rescheduled and they helped me keep my discount by putting them on no labor charge. Thank you so much!”

“Customer service was great. Was well informed and wait time was good. The issue I had with car wasn't what was fixed. However that wasn't found they showed me a bent tie rod. That did explain why my car went to right and it no longer does so that job was done correctly and it feels better to drive. I would recommend and will be back.”
