“I have nothing but great things to say about Neal tire! I had a flat tire this morning (not surprised because my bf had been saying for weeks to get all new tires- besides the point), and my friend was struggling to get the tire off. I had already made an apt with the shop to go in but had to call back to let them know that my tire wasn’t coming home. Rusty was so kind and came out to hammer it off for me! Took him a swing and a half and it was off! I took it to the shop and dropped off my keys and had it back within 2 hours! He was a delight to work with! All four brand new tires! Thank you, Rusty!!”

“Wow, they really saved us! While they seemed very busy, they fixed us up in an hour. We were driving on I-74 as a family on a 2,000 mile road trip towing a heavy travel trailer. We heard a loud pop and had a sudden loss of power. Even though their Ford Diesel guy was not working that day, they still agreed to see if it was something another mechanic could fix. We're now back on the road heading to grandma/grandpas with only minimal delay. I can't thank the team at Schrock enough!!!”

“We dropped our RV off across the street from this business and they were not able to do an alignment. They contacted Zach at BestDrive who went over to see if they could help, bringing our RV to their business. Unfortunately with the make of the RV they couldn't do it either and suggested calling dealerships. We found one in Morton that believes they can do it. Zach willingly drove our RV to the dealership in Morton to save us from driving from where we live in Chillicothe. Mind you, this wasn't even who originally got our business. I was absolutely amazed at their willingness to help and go above and beyond even when we didn't know they were a company. Bestdrive will definitely get our business in the future!!!”
