“I had my car worked on for two days at my house no one could figure out what was wrong, had it towed to Schooleys and they couldn't get it, had to have it towed to the dealership, asked the man what I owed, he said nothing, we couldn't help you. Now we all know other places would of charged you the mechanics time. They showed me that there is honest people out there that aren't just out to make a quick buck, recommend them, honest place.”

“I came across Mr. Medinas shop after looking for a tire all over Peoria. Grateful that nobody else had one or I would’ve never discovered this place. To begin he was a very cool and humble individual that was willing to help! Most people I went to gave me No’s with no additional information on who may have the tire I was looking for. When I originally made it someone had took the last tire of my size but as I was leaving he stopped me and had me wait a moment, to my surprise he had my tire! “I have nothing but great things to say about Neal tire! I had a flat tire this morning (not surprised because my bf had been saying for weeks to get all new tires- besides the point), and my friend was struggling to get the tire off. I had already made an apt with the shop to go in but had to call back to let them know that my tire wasn’t coming home. Rusty was so kind and came out to hammer it off for me! Took him a swing and a half and it was off! I took it to the shop and dropped off my keys and had it back within 2 hours! He was a delight to work with! All four brand new tires! Thank you, Rusty!!”

“I would definitely recommend Firestone to someone. The customer service is always top notch-whether I am calling or in person in the store.The most recent visit was a weird one-and I think it's also just me learning about cars and to ask and never assume things. I didn't stop and think that when I bought a new tire after having a flat tire, that it wouldn't be put on my car where the spare tire was. As someone with anxiety about wanting to keep others happy and not make a fuss, I was SO appreciative when, after paying for the tire and being asked if I wanted help taking it out to my car and my slightly freaking out (because how was I going to get this tire on my car?!), they fit me in and put the tire on my car. I've been to other places who would not have done that.”

“We dropped our RV off across the street from this business and they were not able to do an alignment. They contacted Zach at BestDrive who went over to see if they could help, bringing our RV to their business. Unfortunately with the make of the RV they couldn't do it either and suggested calling dealerships. We found one in Morton that believes they can do it. Zach willingly drove our RV to the dealership in Morton to save us from driving from where we live in Chillicothe. Mind you, this wasn't even who originally got our business. I was absolutely amazed at their willingness to help and go above and beyond even when we didn't know they were a company. Bestdrive will definitely get our business in the future!!!”
